What does BrandStudio actually do?
BrandStudio is an event photo platform. Photographers and teams capture photos at an event, BrandStudio brands each one with your logo and colors, and delivers them to guests on their phones in seconds — by face match, SMS link, or a self-serve station. With registration or Gallery Gate on, every guest who wants a photo also leaves a name and contact you keep.
Do I have to buy each tool separately?
No. Plans are built in stages, and each includes the one before it. Capture covers shooting, branding, Face Match, galleries, and text and email delivery. Deliver adds your own domain, registration and badge scanning, the Sharing Station, live slideshows, your own message wording, Magic Search, and analytics. Engage adds Gallery Gate, surveys, CRM webhooks, ads and promotions, and scheduled follow-ups, plus more room and priority support. Paid plans have no photo cap; they differ by tools, storage, team seats, and how many devices are online at once.
How fast do guests get their photos?
Usually 3 to 10 seconds from shutter click to a guest’s phone — branding, upload, and SMS included. Tethered camera setups are fastest. On slow venue wifi it can stretch to 15 to 30 seconds, and Confidence Sync queues photos so nothing is lost if the network drops.
What gear and devices do I need?
An iPhone or iPad runs everything on its own. For higher image quality, tether a Canon for full live view and in-app camera control, or use Watch Folder with Capture One or Lightroom. Photo booths and sharing stations add an iPad and, optionally, a dye-sub printer.
Does any of this work without WiFi?
Yes. Confidence Sync keeps capture, check-in, the photo booth, and the print kiosk running when venue internet drops. Photos and guest texts queue on the device and go out the moment the connection returns.
