Everyone should be able to find their photos
BrandStudio is used by photographers and event teams — and by guests of every ability who just want to find the photos they're in. We build toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We're not done, and we won't pretend otherwise — but accessibility is part of how we judge whether something is finished.
What we do today
- Semantic HTML and labeled controls so screen readers can make sense of the page.
- Keyboard navigation for core flows — galleries, checkout, and forms work without a mouse.
- Color contrast checked against WCAG AA on text and interactive elements.
- Alt text on meaningful images, and captions or labels on demo videos.
- Respect for reduced-motion preferences — animations ease off when the system asks.
- Guest galleries are designed to work on any phone, with text that scales and targets you can tap.
Where we fall short
We're a small team and we haven't completed a formal third-party audit yet. Some newer areas may not fully conform, and a few rich interactions (live slideshows, certain dashboard charts) need more work to be fully accessible. We'd rather tell you that than claim a badge we haven't earned.
Tell us about a problem
If something is hard or impossible to use, email support@brandstudiohq.com with the page and what got in your way. A real person reads it — usually the person who can fix it. We aim to respond within two business days and to prioritize fixes that block someone from getting their photos.
Need help right now?
If you can't access something during a live event, contact us through the support page and we'll help you get what you need another way.
