Common questions

Which CRMs does BrandStudio integrate with directly?

HubSpot and Salesforce have first-class integrations. For other CRMs, the webhook-based integration fires on guest register, download, share, and survey-complete events — you can wire those into any system that accepts webhooks, or use Zapier to hit platforms without a direct connector.

What data syncs to the CRM on each guest action?

Full guest record (name, email, phone, company, custom fields), event name and date, which sessions they attended, their personal gallery URL, photos downloaded and shared, and survey responses. Everything shows up as a contact timeline in your CRM, so sales sees the full event context on each lead.

Does data flow both ways — can I push a CRM list into BrandStudio?

Yes. Upload a CSV from your CRM or connect via our pre-event sync to pre-load the guest list before doors open. Once the event starts, registrations and scans update those records in BrandStudio and push updates back to the CRM in real time.

How do you handle opt-outs and GDPR for synced contacts?

Guests consent to data use at registration. If a guest opts out, we drop them from future messages and stop syncing their activity to your CRM. For GDPR deletion requests, admins can fully erase a guest from the event, which cascades through the CRM integration as a delete webhook.
