“Cameras at once” are per-plan concurrency limits. Multi-studio capture (2+ cameras shooting one event) is rolling out now as we finish validating each setup on-device.

After that, you email a person who knows your account and gets back to you the same day. No ticket queue, no chatbot, no “your call is important to us.”

Pricing questions

Plain answers. If something’s missing, just ask us.

Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime?

Yes. Move up when a big event is coming, move back down after, or cancel altogether — all from your dashboard, no phone call, no “retention specialist.” Changes take effect right away and we never lock you in.

Do you charge per event, per guest, or per photo?

No. Your plan is a flat monthly price, full stop. Run one event or fifty, host ten guests or ten thousand — the price is the same. We don’t meter your guests and we don’t take a cut of what you charge your clients.

What happens if I go over storage in the middle of an event?

Nothing stops. We will never cut you off mid-event — photos keep flowing, guests keep getting their galleries. If you cross a limit, we let you know and you add a cheap block whenever it’s convenient, on your terms. The event always comes first.

Is there a contract or a minimum term?

No contract and no minimum on monthly plans — it’s month to month, cancel whenever. If you pay yearly you save 25%, and even then there’s no multi-year lock-in unless you specifically want one on a Custom plan.

Are the add-on blocks automatic, or do I choose them?

You choose them. We don’t auto-bill surprise overages. If you’re running unusually high volume, you add a storage or processing block yourself — and you can remove it just as easily once the busy stretch is over.

How do I get started?

We’re onboarding a handful of teams at a time, by invitation, so every new account gets a real setup call. Request an invite and we’ll reach out when a spot opens.
