Each plan covers a stage of your event workflow. Capture gives you everything to shoot, brand, and deliver photos — your domain, your logo, your email, Face Match included. Deliver adds full-production tools: registration, slideshows, print kiosks, badge scanning, and staff insights. Engage adds post-event tools: custom messaging, surveys, scheduled follow-ups, and gallery gating. Custom Pricing is for anyone with specific needs — large programs, agencies, universities — where we learn your workflow and build a plan that fits.

No. Every plan — including Capture — includes your custom domain, your logo on every gallery and photo, and (coming soon) email from your own address. There are no per-event branding fees, no domain add-on, no hidden upcharges. Your brand is always included. BrandStudio stays invisible.

Full-resolution photos average about 5 MB each, so 100 GB holds roughly 20,000 photos. Capture includes 250 GB (~50k photos). Deliver 1 TB (~200k photos). Engage 2 TB (~400k photos). Custom plans are sized to fit. Need more on any plan? Add 100 GB blocks for $5/mo. Powered by Cloudflare R2, so guests downloading costs you nothing — zero egress fees.

Your plan includes concurrent capture devices — 2 on Capture, 5 on Deliver, 10 on Engage. A "capture device" is anything actively shooting: an iPhone, iPad, tethered Mac, or photo booth. Registration kiosks, slideshows, and display screens don't count and are always unlimited. A solo photographer typically needs 2 (phone + iPad). A conference with a headshot lounge and roaming photographers needs 5. Large festivals and multi-day programs with 10+ photo ops fit Engage. Contributors are people who upload, edit, or manage photos and events — photographers, editors, ops, admins. They count against your plan (3 on Capture, 10 on Deliver, 25 on Engage). Viewers are read-only accounts for clients, stakeholders, or event staff who just need to see galleries and analytics. Viewers are unlimited on every plan — give access to every stakeholder at the client without eating your Contributor count. Add extra Contributor seats for $15/mo each.

Every photo that goes through Face Match, photo styling, or delivery processing counts toward your monthly quota. Capture includes 5,000/mo (~25 typical events). Deliver 25,000/mo. Engage 100,000/mo. If you hit your limit, add 5,000-photo blocks for $5/mo — no surprise bills, just pay for what you need.
