Why run surveys in the gallery instead of sending them via email?
Response rates. Guests are already engaged when they're looking at their photos — that's the peak of post-event attention. A short in-gallery survey gets 40–70% completion. The same survey sent the next day over email typically sees 5–15%. You survey at the moment guests actually want to talk about the event.
What question types does Surveys support?
Multiple choice, single choice, star rating, NPS (0–10), short text, and long text. Each survey supports branching — different follow-up questions based on an earlier answer — so you can keep the experience short for most guests while going deeper with detractors or promoters.
When does the survey appear — right away or after downloads?
Configurable. Common triggers: after first download, on second gallery visit, after spending 30+ seconds browsing, or on gallery exit. Triggering after engagement produces better data than a hard gate on entry. You can also require a survey response before download for lead-gen events.
Where do survey responses end up for analysis?
In the event Analytics dashboard, exported to CSV, and synced to your CRM if CRM Integration is on. Each response is linked to the guest record so you see which attendees gave which answers. For NPS and rating questions, aggregate scores are included in the default post-event dashboard.
