How do guests get their photos?
They scan a QR code or tap a text or email link to a gallery branded as your event, with no app to download. If the event uses Face Match, a guest can also take one selfie to see every photo they appear in.
How fast do photos reach guests?
During the event, not days later. Each photo uploads as it’s taken, and the guest’s text or email goes out once their photos are uploaded and linked to them.
What happens if the venue WiFi drops?
Capture keeps going. Photos, sign-ups, and guest texts wait on the device and go out automatically when it reconnects.
Whose brand do guests see?
Yours. Galleries and guest pages carry your logo, colors, and domain. Emails show your name and reply-to address, and texts name your event.
How does Face Match work?
A guest takes one selfie and sees every photo they’re in, searched across your company’s events only. It’s included on every plan, and you can turn it off for any event.
What do I need to run an event?
An iPhone or iPad with the BrandStudio app. For a pro camera, tether a Canon to the iPad or a Mac. Shooting another brand? Use Watch Folder on a Mac to upload what you export.
