Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BrandStudio, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. One person or organization may maintain multiple accounts for managing separate businesses.

Your Data

You own all content you upload to BrandStudio, including photos, logos, and guest data. We do not claim ownership of your content. We store and process your content solely to provide the platform's functionality.

You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions for all content you upload, including model releases for photographs and consent for guest face recognition.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use BrandStudio for illegal purposes
• Upload content that violates others' rights
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Abuse the platform's APIs or rate limits
• Use face recognition data for surveillance or identification outside your authorized events
• Resell access to the platform without authorization

Service Plans & Billing

BrandStudio offers Free, Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions will be honored at their current rate until renewal.

Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control (infrastructure providers, network outages, force majeure).

Enterprise customers may negotiate SLA terms separately.

Limitation of Liability

BrandStudio is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, unless you request an export.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
