The short version

- You do. We never claim ownership of your content.

- We host and process them so your platform works. That's it.

- Anything illegal, or anything that harms other users.
- Can these terms change?
- Yes, but we'll email you about any meaningful changes first.
- Can I cancel?
- Anytime. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.
What BrandStudio is
BrandStudio is an event photography platform. We help photographers, event managers, and brands capture, manage, and deliver photos at events. That includes tools for face recognition, guest registration, photo galleries, slideshows, and more.
By using BrandStudio, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, that's okay — just don't use the platform.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Use a strong password and don't share your account. If you think someone has accessed your account without permission, let us know immediately.
Please use accurate information when signing up. You can create multiple accounts if you manage separate businesses — that's fine.
Your content, your ownership
Everything you upload to BrandStudio — photos, logos, guest lists, branding — belongs to you. We don't claim any ownership of your content. We store and process it only to make the platform work for you.
That said, you're responsible for having the rights to upload what you upload. That means having the necessary model releases for photos and consent from guests before enabling face recognition.
Acceptable use
We trust our users to be reasonable. Please don't:
- Use BrandStudio for anything illegal
- Upload content that violates someone else's rights
- Try to access other users' accounts or data
- Abuse our APIs or overwhelm our systems
- Use face recognition data for surveillance or tracking people outside your events
- Resell access to BrandStudio without our permission
If we find accounts violating these rules, we may suspend or close them.
Plans and payments
BrandStudio offers Free, Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. We never see or store your credit card number.
You can cancel anytime. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial months.
If we change our pricing, we'll give you 30 days notice. Your current rate stays locked until your next renewal date.
Uptime and reliability
We work hard to keep BrandStudio running reliably. But we can't promise 100% uptime — things like infrastructure outages and network issues are sometimes beyond our control.
If you need a formal uptime guarantee, our Enterprise plan includes SLA options. Get in touch and we'll work something out.
Cancellation and data
You can delete your account anytime from Settings. When you do, we'll delete all your data within 30 days. If you want to export your data first, just let us know before deleting.
We can also close accounts that violate these terms. We'll try to give notice when possible, but serious violations may result in immediate suspension.
Liability
BrandStudio is provided as-is. We do our best to make it reliable and secure, but we can't guarantee it will be perfect. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. If something goes wrong and you have a valid claim, our liability is limited to what you've paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make meaningful changes, we'll email you before they take effect. If you keep using BrandStudio after the changes, that counts as accepting them. If you disagree with any changes, you can cancel your account.
