See who showed up
— and prove it to your client.

Go beyond photo counts. See who attended, what they engaged with, and which sessions drove the most shares — then hand your client a report that tells the full story.

Prove your event worked

Every view, download, and share ties back to a real guest. Hand your client a report that shows exactly who engaged and how.

Numbers you can repeat with a straight face

Delivery metrics count people, not messages. If a text retried five times before it landed, that’s one guest delivered — not five sends and four failures. Your report says what actually happened, so the number you hand a client survives their questions.

  • Distinct recipients, not raw message logs
  • A retry that eventually lands counts as delivered — once
  • Live during the event — no post-event rollup wait
How we count delivery
Sarah — 1 text, delivered1 delivered
Marcus — 3 retries, then delivered1 delivered
Priya — every retry failed1 not reached
3 guests → 2 delivered, 1 flagged. Never “5 sends.”

Common questions

What metrics does BrandStudio Analytics actually track?

Guest count, photos captured (broken down by source), SMS and email delivery, gallery visits, individual photo views, downloads, shares, face match rates, sessions, and prints. Everything is event-scoped and live on the dashboard — the numbers you need for a post-event client recap or sponsor report. Survey results, including NPS, live alongside it on the Surveys tool.

Can I export analytics for a post-event client report?

Yes. Every event exports to CSV — guests, photos, sessions, and the full analytics rollup — and the dashboard view is designed to screenshot cleanly into a client deck.

Do you track individual guest behavior or just aggregates?

Both. Aggregates answer "how did the event perform" — downloads, shares, delivery rate. Per-guest data answers "who engaged" — which guests were photographed, notified, visited the gallery, and downloaded photos. Per-guest data flows into CRM via the CRM Integration tool.

How soon after the event are analytics available?

Live during the event. Every capture, message, gallery visit, and download lands in the dashboard in real time. You can watch engagement build on stage or at the client table during the event — no processing wait, no post-event rollup window.
