Guest Registration

Know who's in every photo.
Deliver it to them automatically.

Registration is what connects photos to people. Badge scan, quick form, or pre-loaded guest list — guests register once and their photos find them.

Twenty seconds at the check-in iPad

What a guest actually does — and everything that happens because of it.

1
Walk up
Two fields, done
Phone or email — that’s the default form. Add name, company, title, or consent checkboxes if the event calls for it.
2
Instantly
A QR code fills the screen
“You’re all set!” — with their personal check-in code on screen and a note showing where their photos are headed, so a typo gets caught before they walk away. Tap to edit if it’s wrong.
3
Seconds later
The text lands
Their personal gallery link by SMS or email. Before the shoot it doubles as their check-in code; after it, it’s where the photos live.
4
At the camera
One scan ties the shoot to them
The photographer scans their code — or Face Match recognizes them — and every photo from that moment routes to their gallery.
5
You, later
A guest list that’s worth something
Every registrant with their photos, delivery status, and consent on record. Export CSV or send it to your CRM by webhook.

Every photo connects to the right person

Guests register once, and from then on their photos find them — through Face Match when it’s on, or the session your photographer tags them into. That’s how photos reach the right people without sorting anything.

The check-in line doesn’t care about venue Wi-Fi

When the network dies at doors, the kiosk keeps registering. Every guest still gets their on-screen QR code instantly — registrations queue on the device and their texts go out the moment the connection comes back. Nobody standing in line ever knows.

  • Registrations queue on-device when the network drops
  • The on-screen QR works immediately — no server round-trip
  • Gallery texts send automatically when Wi-Fi returns

Common questions

What is the fastest way to register guests at a busy event?

Pre-load the guest list from CSV before doors open, then use Badge Scanner to pull up a guest instantly when they arrive. For walk-ups, a short self-serve form on an iPad handles registrations in about 15 seconds. Combining all three — list, scan, walk-up — covers every scenario.

Which guest fields can I customize?

Name, email, phone, company, and job title are built in. Beyond those, you can add arbitrary custom fields per event — dietary restrictions, t-shirt size, team, tier, referral source. Custom fields show up on the guest record, in exports, and in the CRM sync.

How do registrations connect to actual photos of the guest?

Two paths. If Face Match is on, a guest takes a selfie at registration and every photo and video they appear in gets auto-matched to their record. If Sessions are on, the photographer tags the guest at capture. Most events run both so photos reach guests whether or not they show up in Face Match.

Can guests register themselves before the event via a web form?

Yes. Every event has a public registration URL you can share in pre-event emails. Guests fill in your fields, take an optional selfie for Face Match, and are pre-loaded into the event. When they arrive, a badge scan or name lookup pulls them up instantly — no on-site typing.
