Common questions

Can I host the gallery on my own domain instead of brandstudiohq.com?

Yes. Point a subdomain (e.g. photos.yourbrand.com) at BrandStudio via a CNAME record and we handle the SSL cert. Guests see your domain in every SMS link, every share, and in their browser address bar. BrandStudio branding doesn't appear anywhere your guests can see.

How do guests find their photos in the gallery?

Three ways: the personal SMS link (goes straight to their photos only), Face Match (one selfie returns every photo they appear in), or browsing the full event gallery and filtering by session, date, or keyword. Guests typically use the SMS link — it lands them on their own photos in one tap.

Is there a download limit or resolution cap on gallery photos?

No download limit. Guests download full-resolution images (or the resolution you configured at upload). The gallery also offers one-tap download of all their photos as a zip, which is the most popular action after Face Match.

Can I gate gallery access to require registration or a guest list?

Yes — that's exactly what Gallery Gate does. Require an email or phone number before download, or restrict the gallery to guests on your pre-loaded list. Gate configuration is per-event, so you can run a public event alongside a gated VIP one on the same account.
