Common questions
How are Photo Spreads different from just downloading the gallery?
Spreads are designed layouts — a template of graphic backgrounds, brand elements, and overlay slots. You drop event photos in and get a polished 1080×1920 or multi-photo composition ready for social, sponsors, or the post-event recap. A download is raw photos; a spread is finished creative.
Can I create a custom Photo Spread template with our brand design?
Yes. Upload the background as PNG (with transparent slots for photos), set the overlay positions, and save the template to your brand. Events can reuse it or extend it with per-event variations. Pro teams typically build 3–5 templates per campaign and swap them based on the moment of the event.
Do guests get their own Photo Spread automatically?
Optional — you can configure a spread to auto-generate for every guest who appears in photos, and deliver it via SMS alongside their personal gallery. Or generate spreads on demand from the portal for sponsor-specific recap assets. The feature works both at event scale and for one-off creative.
What formats do Photo Spreads export to?
High-res PNG and JPEG for social, and optional animated MP4 if the spread includes motion (subtle zoom, overlay reveals). Dimensions are template-driven — the most common are 1080×1920 for Stories and 1080×1080 for feed, but you can define any aspect ratio in the template.
