Common questions
How do candids reach the right guest without manual tagging?
Each guest takes one selfie, on the registration page or from Find My Photos in the gallery. After that, every candid you shoot is matched to them as it uploads and lands in their personal gallery. No sorting, no spreadsheets, no follow-up emails.
What can I shoot with while roaming?
An iPhone, or a Canon tethered to it over USB-C. Photos upload as you shoot, so there are no cards to swap and no files to transfer later; if the signal drops, they queue and upload when it’s back. Other camera brands work through the Watch Folder on a Mac.
Does it work in low light or for side-angle candids?
Matching runs on every photo as it uploads, wherever you shoot. As with any face matching, a lit face turned toward the camera matches most reliably; a dark dance floor or a hard profile gives it less to work with.
When do guests get their photos?
During the event. Each guest gets a personal branded gallery that grows as you keep shooting, and a text when new photos of them land. Updates are batched, so nobody gets a text per photo.
Does it recognize repeat guests from past events?
Within your company, yes. A guest’s selfie can find them across all of your events, so regulars at recurring events can pull up last year’s photos too. It never reaches another company’s events unless the guest opts in.
