Scanning Badges at Events
Use badge scanning to quickly identify guests during an event.
Supported badge types:- QR code badges — Printed or on-screen codes
- NFC badges — Tap-to-scan wristbands or cards
How to scan:1. Open the BrandStudio iOS app
2. Navigate to your event
3. Tap the scan icon
4. Point your camera at a QR code, or tap an NFC badge to your device
5. The guest's profile loads instantly
What happens after scanning:- Guest is identified and linked to the current session
- All photos taken are automatically tagged to them
- Their registration details appear on screen for verification
Tip: Have guests wear their badge visibly so photographers can scan quickly between shots.
