How QR Codes Work
Guests who register get a QR code. Scanning it at the event adds them to a session, so the photos find them.
At the event1. The guest shows their QR code (on their phone, or printed on a badge)
2. The photographer scans it in the app
3. The guest is added to the session
4. Every photo in that session goes to them
Where to scan in the app- In Instant Photo, tap Scan Badge in the bottom bar
- When adding a guest, tap Scan Guest QR Code
- In the gallery, tap Scan QR on a photo
These BrandStudio QR codes are matched on the device, so scanning works with no signal.
Tip: tell guests to screenshot their QR code after registering so it's ready when they reach the camera.
