Who we are. How we act.
In plain words.
No mission-statement fog. This page is the deal you’re signing up for when you work with us — and it’s checkable.
BrandStudio is a small company. One founder who spent years working trade shows and conferences, watching great photos die in folders nobody opens — and finally built the fix himself, with AI doing the typing and a human doing the thinking.
We’re not VC-backed, so we don’t need you to be a line on a growth chart. We need the software to work at your event on Saturday. Those incentives are different, and you can feel it in the product.
The full story — including the $48,000 mistake that started it — is on the About page.
A person answers, the same day.
Every customer gets a free Event Kickoff Call with a real person before their first event. Email gets a same-day reply from someone who can actually fix the thing. No ticket queue, no chatbot deflecting you.
We don’t fake anything.
No invented testimonials, no made-up stats, no logos of companies that aren’t customers. We deleted fabricated quotes from our own site and left the section empty until real ones exist. Every number we publish traces to something real.
We test by pulling the plug.
Before offline changes ship, we run a full event rig — iPads shooting, kiosk printing, guests checking in — and physically disconnect the internet. If a photo can get lost, we want it to happen in our office, not at your event.
Your brand, never ours.
Guests see your logo, your colors, your domain. We don’t watermark your work on any plan, and there’s no fee to remove us — there’s nothing to remove. If we did our job, nobody at your event knows we exist.
We run our own events on it.
BrandStudio runs real events — ours. New features work a real room, with real guests and real deadlines, before they reach yours. When something breaks, it breaks on us first.
We ship small and fix fast.
Improvements go out continuously, not in big-bang releases. When we fix a bug, we hunt down its whole family — the same mistake shouldn’t bite twice. What changed each week is public on the What’s New page.
Write like we talk.
If we wouldn’t say a sentence out loud on a call with you, we don’t publish it.
Outcome first.
You’ll read what you get before you read how it works. The feature is the proof, not the headline.
No buzzwords.
Seamless, leverage, robust, empower, frictionless — banned. If a word would look at home on a banner at a tech conference, it’s out.
Numbers must be true.
Every figure on this site traces to the pricing page, our docs, or the product doing the thing. Scenario numbers are framed as scenarios.
These rules govern this site, our emails, and every message the product sends. If you catch us breaking one, tell us — we’ll fix it.
See if we live up to it.
The kickoff call is free, with a real person, before you pay us anything. That’s the easiest way to check.
