Here's exactly how BrandStudio connects to your cameras, your registration platform, and the rest of your stack: a watched folder, badge scans, webhooks, and plain CSV. Anything still early is labeled early.
Five ways to connect
Most integrations run on one of these. Pick the one that fits your workflow — or mix them.
Point Capture One, Lightroom, or any app at a folder BrandStudio watches. Every photo — and short video — that lands is branded and delivered automatically. No plugin, no SDK.
Scan the badge the attendee is already wearing. Sync the roster from vFairs (Cvent, Eventbrite and Expo Logic are early) or upload a CSV, and the scan finds the right guest.
Bring your own color. Import a .cube LUT, or run your Capture One style or Lightroom preset over our color chart and upload the result. That color then goes on photos shot in the app.
Registrations, check-ins, new photos and guest deletions POST to your endpoint as they happen, HMAC-signed and retried on failure. Wire them to Zapier, Make, or your own server.
Import any attendee roster. Export guests, photos, sessions, prints and an analytics summary per event, whenever you want. The fallback when a platform has no API.
Keep your pro capture and editing workflow
Shoot and grade in the tools you already trust. Photos and short video arrive branded and delivered — no plugin to install.
Shoot tethered, cull and grade in Capture One, and export finals to the watched folder. Each one is branded and delivered on its own.
Export from Lightroom to the watched folder. To match your preset on photos shot in the app, run it over the color chart and import the result.

Direct tethering is Canon only today; other brands are on the roadmap. Any tethering software that saves photos or short video to a folder works now through the Watch Folder.
Scan the badge they already have
Load your attendee roster and scan the badge on the lanyard. The scan finds the guest, so nobody types a name or an email at the booth.
Roster sync is built but has not yet run against a live Cvent account. Until it has, a CSV export from Cvent works the same at the scanner.
Attendee sync is built but has not yet run against a live Eventbrite event. A CSV export works today, and scanned QR tickets match on it.
Sync your vFairs roster over its API and scan check-in badges to find the right guest. It ran live at Black Tech Week.
Roster sync is built but has not yet run against a live Expo Logic show. Use a CSV roster until it has.
Scan any QR or vCard badge and set the field mapping once per event. Name, email, phone and company are read from it on the server.
Any other platform: export a CSV — include a badge-id column and scans still match your guests.

Send every guest action anywhere
Registrations, check-ins and new photos fire as they happen. Route them to your CRM, a spreadsheet, or an automation with webhooks. Native HubSpot and Salesforce connectors are coming.
Catch registrations, check-ins and new photos with the “Webhooks by Zapier” trigger and send them on to HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Sheets and the rest. There is no BrandStudio app in Zapier’s directory yet.
