One link, from check-in to next year

What actually happens for a guest, start to finish.

1
Check-in
Their page exists before the first photo
Badge scan, registration form, or your pre-loaded list — the moment a guest is on the event, their personal gallery is live and waiting.
2
Seconds later
A branded text lands
Their link arrives by text or email. Before the shoot, it doubles as their check-in code — they show it to the photographer, and every photo from that session is theirs.
3
During the event
Photos appear while the night is still going
The page updates live as photos are shot, matched, and branded. Guests watch their gallery fill up from their seat.
4
That night
They save, share, and tag
Full-resolution downloads — one photo or all of them. And if Face Match missed a shot they know they’re in, they tag themselves right from the photo.
5
Months later
The same link still works — and grew
Next event, their new photos join the same page. One URL, a running collection, no new account, no expired link.

Photos arrive while the night is still going

A personal gallery isn’t a recap that shows up Tuesday. It updates live — a guest opens their link at the table and watches photos land as the photographer works the room. That’s the moment they show the person next to them. That’s the moment your client sees the value.

  • New photos push to the open page in real time
  • A “new photo added” nudge, right on the gallery
  • Delivered branded — guests never see an unfinished version

One link that keeps growing

A repeat guest doesn’t get a new link every event — they get the same one, with a new chapter added. Last year’s photos are still there when this year’s arrive. For an annual gala or a conference series, that’s a photo relationship, not a photo delivery.

  • Photos from every event they attend, one running page
  • “Find My Photos”: one selfie re-searches every past event
  • WeTransfer expires. Drive links get lost. This link persists.
They open a page that feels made for them
No shared dump of everyone’s photos — each guest lands on their own page, carrying your client’s logo and colors and holding only their shots.
Their photos find them — you tag nothing
You shoot the whole room. Face Match routes every shot to the people in it, and session tagging catches the rest — so no one has to email asking for theirs.
They relive the night, not scroll a folder
Shoot with Sessions and the event plays back in order — the headshot, the keynote, the after-party — instead of piling up as one long scroll.
They tap the link and they’re in — no login
Each guest gets their own URL, built for a phone. No app to download, no password to remember, and the link still works months later.
They grab the one shot — or all of them
A guest saves the single photo they love or pulls the whole set in one tap, full resolution — and you decide per event whether downloads are on at all.
The moment they check in, their page exists
Badge scan, registration form, or pre-loaded list — however a guest arrives, their gallery is already waiting before the first photo is taken.
“Find My Photos” — even months later
A guest uploads one selfie and the system re-searches every event they’ve attended. Photos they were missed in show up; a text tells them there’s more.
When they post the link, your brand shows up
Every shared link unfurls into a polished preview card — so the brand appears in the feed even before anyone clicks through to the photos.
Privacy controls guests can see
Right in their gallery, a guest can review what’s stored, opt out of face matching, or delete their face data entirely. Trust, visible.

No more

Common questions

What does a personal gallery look like from the guest's side?

A clean, branded web page with only their photos and videos — no shared folders to scroll, no thumbnails of strangers. They download individually or grab everything as a zip, share a single photo to social, or pull up the gallery later from the SMS they received. Your logo, colors, and domain, not ours.

How is a personal gallery different from the main event gallery?

Main gallery shows every photo from the event. Personal gallery shows only photos a guest appears in. Personal is the default delivery experience — the SMS link lands guests there — because it removes the "find me" step. Main gallery is still available for guests who want to browse the whole event.

Can a guest share their personal gallery with friends or family?

The personal gallery URL is a long, unguessable token — safe to share privately. Guests often text it to their partner or to friends in the photos. If you want tighter control, you can require the guest's phone number to unlock the gallery, which blocks link-sharing to unknown recipients.

What happens if a guest is missing from a photo they're actually in?

Guests can tap "Tag a friend" in the main gallery to match themselves (or a friend) to a photo the face engine missed. The tagged photo then shows up in the right personal gallery. Admins can also manually add or remove photos from a guest's gallery from the portal.
