Common questions
How fast do photos reach the screen after the shutter?
Seconds after it uploads. The photo gets your branding and streams onto the wall live, so how fast depends mostly on the venue connection. There is no refresh and no playlist to manage: you keep shooting, the wall keeps growing.
What hardware do I need for the wall itself?
Whatever already drives the screen, as long as it has a browser: a laptop feeding the projector, a digital signage player, a Fire TV Stick, a stick PC behind a monitor. The slideshow is a URL — go full-screen and walk away. 1080p and 4K both look clean because photos upload at full resolution. Apple TV is the one exception — tvOS has no web browser — so put a browser-capable box in front of that screen instead.
Can I control which photos make it onto the big screen?
Yes. Scope the wall to specific folders so only the shots you pick appear. Delete a photo in the portal and it leaves the screen within seconds; a hidden photo drops out the next time the wall loads. Staff copies never appear, and guest names only show for guests who agreed to it.
Can I run more than one wall at the same event?
Yes. Each screen gets its own URL and can be scoped to its own folders — the ballroom wall shows the award portraits while the lobby wall runs cocktail-hour candids.
What happens if the venue internet drops mid-program?
The wall keeps looping the photos already loaded, and new photos rejoin the rotation as soon as the connection returns. Leave it running rather than refreshing — reloading the page while the connection is down shows a "Waiting for network" screen until it comes back.
