Live Photo Walls

On the ballroom screens
before they reach their table.

Any screen with a browser becomes a live photo wall. Photos land seconds after the shutter — branded, curated, looping all night — and a QR in the corner turns the audience into registered guests.

Where this works

Awards night

Winners walk off stage and their portrait is on the ballroom wall before they reach their table. The room sees it; the room reacts.

The wall grows while the night happens

Photos stream from the camera to the screen in seconds — uploaded, branded, and looping with fullscreen, grid, or mosaic layouts. Nobody manages a playlist; the wall is alive because the event is.

  • New photos appear seconds after capture — no refresh, no manual update
  • Fullscreen, grid, and mosaic layouts with fade, slide, or zoom transitions
  • Show newest photos first, or shuffle the whole event

Curated, branded, and safe for the big screen

Scope each wall to the folders you choose, and pull any photo off the screen from the portal in seconds. Staff shots and archive copies never appear, and names only show for guests who said yes.

  • Folder scoping per wall — run several screens, each with its own feed
  • Hide a photo from the portal and it leaves the wall within seconds
  • Logo, colors, and an optional registration QR on screen

The wall sells the next photo

A QR in the corner takes watchers straight to registration — so the guest who spots a friend on screen becomes the next guest with a personal gallery. Sponsor creative rotates between slides on a schedule you set.

  • On-screen QR sends guests to branded registration
  • Ad mode: sponsor image or video every N slides
  • Every photo on the wall is already in the branded event gallery

Common questions

How fast do photos reach the screen after the shutter?

Usually 3–10 seconds: the photo uploads, gets your branding, and streams onto the wall live. No refresh, no playlist to manage — you keep shooting, the wall keeps growing.

What hardware do I need for the wall itself?

Any screen with a browser. The slideshow is a URL — load it on an Apple TV, a signage player, or a laptop feeding the projector, go full-screen, and walk away. 1080p and 4K both look clean because photos upload at full resolution.

Can I control which photos make it onto the big screen?

Yes. Scope the wall to specific folders so only curated shots appear, and hide any photo from the portal while it runs — it disappears from the screen within seconds. Staff and archive copies are filtered out automatically, and guest names only show for guests who consented.

Can I run more than one wall at the same event?

Yes. Each screen gets its own URL and can be scoped to its own folders — the ballroom wall shows the award portraits while the lobby wall runs cocktail-hour candids.

What happens if the venue internet drops mid-program?

The wall keeps looping the photos it already has — the screen never goes blank. New photos join the rotation as soon as the connection returns.

Give the room something to watch

A photo wall that's live is a photo wall people stand in front of. Load a URL, go full-screen, keep shooting.
