Tethered Video Capture
Capture 4K video using a mirrorless camera connected via HDMI capture card.
Equipment needed:- Mirrorless camera (Sony, Canon, etc.)
- HDMI capture card (Elgato, Blackmagic, etc.)
- USB-C connection to your Mac or iPad
How to set up:1. Connect camera HDMI output to your capture card
2. Connect capture card USB to your device
3. Open BrandStudio and select your event
4. The video source appears automatically
5. Start recording
Video vs photo capture:- Video captures use external camera sources (HDMI/USB tethered)
- The front camera is for selfie photos and boomerangs only
- Video files are uploaded and processed in the background
Tip: Use a tripod and consistent lighting for the best results with tethered video.
