Access Levels Explained
BrandStudio supports three levels of access:
| Level | Scope | Use Case |

| Company | All brands and events | Your employees |
| Brand | All events for one brand | Give a client access |
| Event | Single event only | Freelance photographer |
Company Level:Team members added to your company can see everything across all brands.
Brand Level:Add team members to a specific brand with one of three roles:
- Viewer — Can view all events under the brand (read-only)
- Contributor — Can edit events and upload photos
- Admin — Full management of the brand's events and settings
Brand team members are added during brand creation (Step 3 of the wizard) or from the brand detail page. Great for giving clients a view into their events.
Event Level:Invite someone to help with just one event. Perfect for freelance help.
