Photo Booth

The booth line is long.
The wait for photos isn’t.

Any iPad becomes a branded photo booth — countdown, overlay, and the photo texted to the guest in seconds. GIF mode for the ones who can’t stand still. Kiosk mode so it runs without a babysitter. All of it on your client’s brand, never ours.

Sound familiar?

The rental booth showed up with someone else’s logo on the touchscreen — at your client’s activation.

You paid for a booth vendor, an attendant, and a trailer — for four hours of photos your client never gets files from.

Guests type their email on a sticky screen, and the photos show up tomorrow. Nobody posts tomorrow.

Here’s the plan.

One iPad, three steps, zero trailer.

1

Stand up an iPad

Open the app, pick a booth template, done — minutes, not a load-in. Templates are reusable, so the next event is one tap.

2

Guests run it themselves

Tap, countdown, capture. The branded overlay lands on every shot automatically. GIF mode turns the rowdy groups into the thing they share first.

3

It’s on their phone before they step away

Every capture is texted to the guest in seconds, with a branded gallery link — your client’s logo on the photo and on the delivery.

Kiosk mode locks the iPad to the booth — no attendant required.

Your client’s logo on every photo guests post.

The booth photos get shared that night — and every share wears your client’s brand, not a booth vendor’s watermark. You packed one iPad instead of a trailer, and the client got a feed full of their own logo before the event even ended.

  • Branded overlay on every capture — the client’s logo travels with the photo.
  • Photos and GIFs hit guests’ phones in seconds, so they post during the event, not after.
  • One iPad and a reusable template — the next booth sets up in minutes.

How it actually works.

Every claim above is a feature you can point to. Here’s the mechanism.

Countdown, capture, branded — in one tap

Guests tap the screen, the countdown runs, and the branded overlay is applied the moment the photo is taken. Frames, logos, and colors come from the event’s brand kit — set once, applied to every capture.

  • Branded overlays and frames on every shot
  • Reusable booth templates per client or event
  • Kiosk mode for unattended use

Texted to their phone in seconds

No email forms, no “photos coming soon.” The guest types their number once and the photo lands by text — with a branded gallery link holding every shot from their session.

  • Instant SMS delivery to guests
  • Branded gallery link with the whole session
  • Guests share during the event, not after it

GIF mode, for the groups that can’t stand still

One tap captures a burst and turns it into an animated GIF with the same branded frame — the format guests share first. Same instant delivery, same client branding.

  • Animated GIF captures alongside stills
  • Branded frame on every frame
  • Delivered by text like everything else

Part of the event, not a silo

Booth photos land in the same event as everything else — the live slideshow picks them up as they happen, the Sharing Station prints them on-site, and it’s all one gallery on your client’s domain.

  • Booth captures flow into the event gallery automatically
  • Live slideshow shows booth photos as they’re taken
  • On-site prints via the Sharing Station

Photo booth questions

What hardware do I need?

Any iPad. Mount it on a stand or set it on a table, open the app, pick a booth template, and you’re running. Templates are reusable, so the second event sets up faster than the first.

Does someone have to stand there and run it?

No. Kiosk mode locks the iPad to the booth experience — guests tap, pose, and get their photo without an attendant. Staff the booth if you want the hype person, not because the software needs one.

Whose branding is on the photos?

Your client’s. Overlays, frames, colors, and the delivery text all carry the client’s brand — BrandStudio stays invisible. When guests post their booth photo that night, it’s the client’s logo that travels with it.

What does the guest actually walk away with?

Their branded photo — or GIF — texted to their phone in seconds, plus a gallery link with every shot from their session. No email-me-later forms, no kiosk codes to remember.

Can guests get prints too?

Yes — the booth pairs with the Sharing Station, so guests can print their booth photos at a kiosk on-site while the digital copy is already on their phone.

What happens if the venue WiFi dies?

The booth keeps capturing. Photos are safe on the device and the delivery texts go out as soon as the connection comes back — guests still get everything, and nobody standing at the booth notices a thing.

One iPad. A booth your client’s brand runs.

Set up in minutes, run it unattended, and every guest walks off with a branded photo already on their phone. The booth is invite-only, like the rest of BrandStudio — tell us about the events you run.
