Upload Queue Stuck
Photos stuck waiting to upload?
On iPhone or iPad1. Tap the cloud icon at the top right to open Sync. It shows "Uploading N of M", "Offline — N pending", or what needs attention.
2. If a failure banner appears, tap RETRY.
3. Bring the app to the front. Uploads that were paused start again.
On a MacOpen Event Sync and click Retry All Failed.
Common causes- No internet, or guest wifi with a sign-in page
- A very slow connection with a lot of photos to send. Let it run, or switch to a faster network.
