Photos Not Uploading?
Work through these in order.
1. Is the device online?Photos that can't upload wait on the device and go up automatically when it reconnects. Nothing needs to be re-shot. Guest wifi with a sign-in page blocks uploads until someone signs in, so try a phone hotspot to rule the network out.
2. Is it the right event?Photos go to the event open in the app. Check the event name at the top of the screen.
3. Watch Folder: is it the right folder?It has to be the exact folder your editor exports to. Files in subfolders or other folders are not picked up.
4. Leave the app openUploads run fastest with the app in front. When it comes back to the foreground, anything left over starts again.
Still stuck? Contact support with the event name, the device, and roughly when it happened.
