Capture App Shows Offline
The app shows offline or pending?
Nothing is lostPhotos, sign-ups, and sends wait on the device and go out automatically when it reconnects.
Check the network1. Tap the cloud icon (top right on iPhone and iPad) to open Sync. It shows what's waiting.
2. Try another network or a phone hotspot. Guest wifi with a sign-in page blocks the app until someone signs in through Safari.
3. On a Mac, check that a firewall isn't blocking the app.
