Troubleshooting

This error means you need to start a session before the desktop app will watch for photos.

Photos appear but aren't linked to a guest?

Guest search not finding who you're looking for?

Desktop app showing "Disconnected"?

Photos stuck in the upload queue?

Thumbnails may appear blurry if they were created before the quality improvement update.

Session times should display in your local timezone.

Session cards should display the correct number of guests.

Photos shot from the iOS Capture app or watch folder should appear in the event gallery within seconds. When they don't, check these in order.

The iOS Capture app needs an internet connection for first-time sign-in. After that, it works offline for returning users.
