Guest Didn't Receive Notification?
Check these in order.
1. Is the contact info right?Open the guest and check their phone and email. International numbers need the country code.
2. Was it sent?The event's Messages page shows every message and whether it was delivered.
3. Is it in spam?Ask them to check spam or junk.
4. Is the message type on?In the Messaging tool, check that Photos Ready is on for text and/or email.
To send it againOpen the guest and click Resend Gallery Link.
