Guest Didn't Receive Notification?

Check these common issues:

1. Contact info correct?Verify their email/phone in the guest profile.

2. Notification sent?Check the guest's status in your event.

3. Spam folder?Ask them to check spam/junk folder.

4. Phone number format?International numbers need country code.

To resend:Open the guest's profile and click Resend Notification.
