Photos Not Tagged to Anyone
Photos show up but aren't linked to anyone?
Why it happensNo guest was added to the session, face match is off for the event, or the guest's face wasn't clear enough to match.
To fix it- Open the session and add the guest's phone or email. They get every photo in it.
- Or select the photos on the Media page and click Assign
Next timeAdd the guest to the session while you shoot (scan their badge or QR, or tap their face and type their number).
