How Photos Get Tagged
A photo reaches a guest when it's linked to them. There are four ways that happens.
1. SessionsAdd a guest to a session (by phone or email, badge scan, or QR scan) and every photo in that session is theirs.
2. Face matchIf the event has face match on, guests who registered with a selfie are matched to the photos they appear in.
3. Tap a faceIn the capture app, tap a face in a photo and type the guest's phone or email.
4. By handOn the Media page, select photos and click Assign.
FilenamesFile names follow the event's File Naming setting (event Settings). Tokens include event name, guest, session code, folder, date and time, and the original file name.
