Set Up Guest Registration
Registration is its own tool on the event: Registration Form.
Form fieldsBuilt-in fields: Name, Email, Phone, Company, Title, and Notes. For each one you can:
- Turn it on or off
- Mark it Required or Optional
- Give it a Custom Label
- Drag it to change the order
At least one contact field (email or phone) has to stay on, because that is how guests get their gallery link.
Custom fieldsClick + Add custom field to add up to 20 more. Types: text, number, zip code, email, and phone.
ConsentThree consent checkboxes are available: Media Consent, GDPR, and Slideshow Opt-in. You can reword each one with Custom Label, and add a policy link to Media Consent.
Form textSet the Form Title, Description, and Register Button Text, plus the completion screen guests see after they sign up.
