How Face Recognition Works
Face match finds each guest in the event's photos, so they get their photos without anyone sorting them.
How it works1. Upload: photos arrive from the capture app or Watch Folder
2. Detection: faces are found in each photo
3. Matching: faces are compared to guests who gave a selfie or were tagged
4. Delivery: matched guests get their photos in their personal gallery, and a text or email if the event sends one
Where it looksFirst among the event's guests. With Allow cross-event matching on, it also checks people from your company's other events. It never looks outside your company.
Turning it onFace match is the event's Face Match tool. Its Detection Settings control auto-detection, suggested matches, cross-event matching, and whether a match adds the guest to their session.
