What do the plan names mean?
Each plan covers a stage of your event workflow. Capture gives you everything to shoot, brand, and deliver photos — your domain, your logo, your email, Face Match included. Deliver adds full-production tools: registration, slideshows, the Sharing Station, badge scanning, and staff insights. Engage adds post-event tools: custom messaging, surveys, scheduled follow-ups, and gallery gating. Custom Pricing is for anyone with specific needs — large programs, agencies, universities — where we learn your workflow and build a plan that fits.
Why is Face Match in every plan?
Because it’s the most useful thing we do. A guest takes a selfie and within seconds they have every photo they appear in. No scrolling, no “can you send me my photos?” emails. It changes the guest experience so much that we think everyone should have it — not gated behind a higher tier like other platforms do.
Is my brand or my domain an extra charge?
No. Every plan — including Capture — includes your custom domain, your logo on every gallery and photo, and (coming soon) email from your own address. There are no per-event branding fees, no domain add-on, no hidden upcharges. Your brand is always included. BrandStudio stays invisible.
Do you take a cut of what I charge my clients?
No. Your flat monthly plan is the whole bill — we don’t take a percentage of what you charge a client and there’s no per-transaction fee. What your client pays you is yours. The only thing you pay BrandStudio is your plan (plus any add-on blocks you choose).
How do I get access?
BrandStudio is invite-only — we onboard photographers and event teams by invitation. Request an invite and tell us about the events you run.
When would I need the Deliver plan?
