Sharing Station: Event Delivery vs Photo Actions

The Sharing Station's Find & Share tab has two kinds of switch, and they are easy to mix up because both list Text and Email.

- Event Delivery is *event-wide*. It decides whether this event may hand a photo over by text, by email, or on paper at all. Every tool reads it — the Photo Booth share screen, Selfie Studio, AI Time Machine and the guest gallery. Turn Text off here and it is off everywhere.
- Photo Actions is *this station only*. It decides which buttons a guest sees when they tap a photo open at this kiosk: Share, Text, Email, Scan badge on a photo.

A Photo Action can only use a channel Event Delivery has switched on. When it hasn't, the action row is greyed out and says why — it does not build a button that cannot send.

Two more sections sit alongside them:

- Guest Sign-Up — *event-wide*. "Guests can add themselves to a session" puts a “+ Add me” button on every session row so anyone at the kiosk can enter a phone number or email and receive that session's photos. It is also what the Share photo action opens, so switching it off removes Share too. Turn it off for privacy-sensitive events, where photos should be claimed only by badge scan or by a staff member.
- Face Tagging (under Staff Tools) — an attendant taps a guest's face in the kiosk to identify them and send their photos. Requires the Face Match tool. Guests never see it.
