Find My Photos Setup (For Operators)
Find My Photos lets guests retrieve their photos by selfie or contact info. It's on by default for new events.
Enable or disable per event1. Open the event
2. Settings → Find My Photos
3. Toggle Face Match on or off
If Face Match is on, guests upload a selfie and we match against detected faces. If it's off, guests find photos by entering the email or phone they registered with.
Contact-lookup-only modeFor events where face recognition doesn't fit (corporate clients with strict policies, minors, certain industries), turn Face Match off. Guests still find their photos — they just enter the contact info you have on file.
Per-guest opt-outEven with Face Match on at the event level, individual guests can opt out at registration or from their gallery. Their face embedding is deleted; their photos still live in their personal gallery.
