Find My Photos Setup (For Operators)
Find My Photos lets guests pull up their own photos, by selfie or by the phone or email they gave you.
Turn face match on or offFace match is the event's Face Match tool. Leave it off for events where face recognition doesn't fit (some corporate clients, events with minors). Guests can still ask for their link by phone or email.
What guests see- Take a Selfie or Upload Photo: shows the photos they appear in, with a match strength (High, Good, or Possible)
- Send My Link: they enter their phone or email and we send their gallery link
Guests who don't want face matchingIn their personal gallery, My Data & Privacy lets a guest turn face matching off and Delete My Face Data. Their photos stay in their gallery.
Asking for consent firstTurn on GDPR Mode (event Settings → Privacy & Compliance) and guests are asked to opt in before face recognition is used.
Tips- Put the Find My Photos QR code on a sign near the booth or on the slideshow
- Link it in your Thank You message
