Privacy: How to Opt Out of Face Recognition
Guests can turn face matching off at any time. This article is for guests.
What we storeWhen face match runs, we store a face *embedding* — a string of numbers that describes the geometry of your face. It can't be reversed into an image. We never share or sell embeddings, and they live in encrypted storage.
Turn it off from your gallery1. Open your personal gallery (from the text or email link)
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap My Data & Privacy
3. Switch face matching off, or tap Delete My Face Data
Your photos stay in your gallery. Only the face-match data is removed.
At registrationSome events ask for your consent before face matching. If you don't give it, your face isn't matched.
Photos already linked to youPhotos can also be linked to you by the photographer or by the session you were in, not only by face match. To be removed from a specific photo, contact the event organizer.
Deleting everythingTo have all your data removed, email privacy@brandstudiohq.com. See the Privacy Policy at brandstudiohq.com/privacy.
