Every gallery viewer
becomes a booking.
You photograph an event and three people ask for your card — and you have nothing to hand them. Contact Card puts a tap-to-save business card at the bottom of your galleries, so the lead saves you instead of walking away.
Guests save you in one tap
The people asking "can I get your card?" finally can. A tap on the card adds you to their phone — name, business, title, and links — as a standard contact. The lead you would have lost walks away with your number instead.
- One-tap "Add to Contacts" via vCard
- Your logo or headshot, name, and title
- Lives at the gallery footer — never interrupts browsing
It converts on every phone
Native contact-saving is reliable on iPhone, a quick download on Android, and flaky inside Instagram or Facebook browsers. So the card always shows tappable rows too — call, text, email, website, Instagram — and converts no matter where it opens.
- One-tap iOS save · Android download
- Always-tappable call / text / email / web / IG
- Works inside in-app browsers where vCard import fails
Set it once, control it per event
Configure your card once in your Brand Kit and it becomes the default on every gallery. Need a different card for a specific client — or none at all? Override it per event. It is off by default and never auto-appears on a client-branded gallery.
- Company-wide default in your Brand Kit
- Per-event override or off-switch
- White-label-safe — opt-in, never automatic
Private by default
Your personal cell does not become crawlable text the moment you turn this on. Guests still tap to call, text, and save you — but your raw digits stay private unless you decide to publish them.
- Tap-to-call/text without exposing raw digits
- Downloadable card is rate-limited
- Publish your number publicly only if you choose to
Turn galleries
into bookings.
Set your card once, switch it on for the events that are yours, and let every gallery viewer leave with your number.
Common questions
How is the Contact Card different from the "Contact host" support widget?
The support widget answers "questions about your photos?" — it routes a guest message to you. The Contact Card is a lead-gen surface: a tap-to-save business card so a guest can add you to their phone and book you for their own event. One tool does both — pick Support, Contact card, or Both per event.
Will the card show up on a client's branded gallery?
Only if you turn it on. The card is off by default and white-label-safe — it never auto-appears. You enable it company-wide as a default and can switch it off for any individual client gallery, so a gallery branded for your client never shows your personal card.
Does "Add to Contacts" actually work on phones?
On iPhone Safari it's a one-tap save via a standard vCard. On Android it downloads then opens in Contacts. And on every platform — including in-app browsers like Instagram or Facebook, where native import can be flaky — the card always shows tappable Call, Text, Email, Website, and Instagram rows, so it converts regardless.
Is my personal phone number exposed to scrapers?
No, not unless you choose to publish it. By default the card shows tappable "Call" and "Email" actions without printing your raw digits as crawlable text, and the downloadable card is rate-limited. You can opt in to publishing the visible number per configuration if you prefer maximum convenience.
Where does the card appear?
At the bottom of your event galleries and on the personal photo link guests receive by text — the exact moment someone is enjoying their photos and most likely to want to book you. It sits in the footer and never interrupts browsing.
