Configuring Brand Colors and Logos
Brand assets appear on every guest-facing surface — galleries, kiosks, slideshows, emails, custom domains.
Logo- Upload from Brand Settings → Identity
- PNG or SVG. SVG is sharpest for slideshows and large displays.
- Use a transparent background so it works on light AND dark gallery themes.
- Square or wide formats both work — we crop or letterbox appropriately.
Colors- Primary — main accent, used for buttons and headings
- Secondary — supporting accent, used for highlights
- Accent — used sparingly for badges and emphasis
Pick colors with enough contrast against white AND black — both gallery themes are supported.
Where they appear- Personal galleries (header, buttons, links)
- Public event galleries
- Slideshow background and chrome
- Sharing Station and photo booth flows
- Email and SMS templates (sender name, header)
- Custom domain gallery (your subdomain, your colors, no BrandStudio chrome)
The cascade — importantBranding resolves in this order:
1. Event override — anything set on a specific event
2. Brand defaults — set on the Brand
3. Company defaults — fallback for your whole workspace
4. System defaults — used only if you set nothing
So: set it once at the Brand level and every new event inherits it. Override per-event when a client needs custom colors for one specific job.Manage Brands
