How to Download Your Photos (Guest Guide)
On a phone, the quickest way to get photos into your camera roll is one at a time — a ZIP is better when you want everything.
Save one photo (goes straight to your Photos app)1. Tap a photo to open it
2. Tap 'Save'
3. On a phone or tablet, the share sheet opens — choose 'Save Image'
That's it. The photo lands in your Photos app / Gallery, not in a folder you have to go find. On a computer, 'Download' just saves the file to your Downloads folder.

The ZIP is named after your event — for example
Where did my ZIP go? (this trips most people up)A ZIP does not go into your Photos app. It goes into your files.
- iPhone or iPad: Tap the download icon (an arrow in a circle) next to the address bar in Safari, then tap the file — it opens in the Files app and unzips into a folder of the same name. Open that folder, tap 'Select', pick your photos, then Share → 'Save Images' to add them to Photos.
- Android: Open your Files app → Downloads, tap the ZIP to extract it, then use 'Save to Gallery' on the photos inside.
- Desktop: Check your Downloads folder and double-click the ZIP to unzip it.
If you only want a handful of photos, saving them individually skips all of this.
File qualityWe deliver full-resolution photos — typically 4-8 MB each, the same as what the photographer captured. No watermarks, no quality loss.
Downloads disabled?Some event organizers disable downloads — usually for proofing or paid delivery. If you don't see a download button, the event has downloads turned off. Contact the organizer if you need the files.
SharingYour personal gallery link is unique to you. Don't share the full link publicly — anyone with it can see your photos. To share a single photo, use the Share button in the lightbox (it generates a public photo link for that one image).
