How to Download Your Photos (Guest Guide)
Once you've found your photos, downloading is a tap or click.
Single photo download1. Open your personal gallery
2. Tap a photo to open the lightbox
3. Tap the download icon (arrow pointing down)
The photo saves to your device — Camera Roll on iOS, Downloads on Android or desktop.
Download all (ZIP)1. From your gallery, tap 'Download All' (or the menu → Download All)
2. We'll generate a ZIP file with every photo and email you the link
3. The link is valid for 7 days
Large ZIPs (1000+ photos) can take a few minutes. We'll email you when it's ready.
File qualityWe deliver full-resolution photos — typically 4-8 MB each, the same as what the photographer captured. No watermarks, no quality loss.
Mobile vs desktop- iPhone or iPad: Single photos save to Camera Roll. ZIPs need a desktop or the Files app to extract.
- Android: Single photos save to Downloads. ZIPs extract in your file manager.
- Desktop: Both single and ZIP work natively in any browser.
Downloads disabled? Some event organizers disable downloads — usually for proofing or paid delivery. If you don't see a download button, the event has downloads turned off. Contact the organizer if you need the files.
SharingYour personal gallery link is unique to you. Don't share the full link publicly — anyone with it can see your photos. To share a single photo, use the Share button in the lightbox (it generates a public photo link for that one image).
