How to Download Your Photos (Guest Guide)
On a phone, the quickest way to get photos into your camera roll is one at a time. A ZIP is better when you want everything.
Save one photo (goes straight to your Photos app)1. Tap a photo to open it
2. Tap 'Save'
3. On a phone or tablet, the share sheet opens. Choose 'Save Image'.
The photo lands in your Photos app, not in a folder you have to go find. On a computer, it saves to your Downloads folder.
Save a few photos at oncePress and hold a photo (or tap 'Select'), tap the others you want, then tap 'Download'. On a phone, a small set goes through the share sheet together and saves straight to your Photos app. No ZIP, no unzipping.
Download all (ZIP)1. Tap 'Download All'
2. For a session, the ZIP builds right away and starts downloading. For a whole event, enter your phone or email and we'll send a link when it's ready. Big galleries take a few minutes.
3. The link works for 7 days
The ZIP is named after the event and date, for example
Where did my ZIP go? (this trips most people up)A ZIP does not go into your Photos app. It goes into your files.
- iPhone or iPad: Tap the download icon (an arrow in a circle) next to the address bar in Safari, then tap the file. It opens in the Files app and unzips into a folder of the same name. Open that folder, tap 'Select', pick your photos, then Share → 'Save Images' to add them to Photos.
- Android: Open your Files app → Downloads, tap the ZIP to extract it, then save the photos to your gallery.
- Computer: Check your Downloads folder and double-click the ZIP to unzip it.
If you only want a handful of photos, saving them one by one skips all of this.
File qualityYou get the full-size photo, not a screen-sized copy.
Don't see Download All?The event organizer chooses whether the whole-event ZIP is offered. You can still save photos one at a time.
SharingYour personal gallery link is yours. Anyone with it can see your photos, so don't post the link itself. Save the photos you want and share those.
