Community

People who’ve run the event you’re about to run.
Included with every plan.

A community of event photographers using BrandStudio. Share setups, swap playbooks, get early access, and ask someone who has run the same kind of event. No member counts, no testimonials — we're pre-launch, and we'd rather be honest about that than fake a crowd.

Founding members

Help shape it.

We're building the community alongside the product. The first members won't inherit a finished thing — they'll decide what it becomes. What the shared template library looks like. What topics get covered first. Whether meetups make sense in their city. If that sounds like work, it is. It's also how you get a community that's actually useful instead of one that just exists.

There is no early-access fee. Community is included on every BrandStudio plan. If you're on the platform, you're in.

What members get

Photographers doing similar work

Ask questions, share setups, and compare notes with photographers running the same kinds of events — conferences, corporate gigs, universities, festivals. No gurus, just people in the field.

Shared playbooks and templates

Pre-event checklists, gear lists, client briefing templates, overlay sizing guides. Members contribute what works and build on each other's setups instead of starting from scratch.

Early access to what we build next

Members get in on new features before they ship. Early access means you can shape how something works — not just react to a changelog after the fact.

Direct support, not a ticket queue

Questions go to a real person, same day. Inside the community you can also see how others have handled the same issue — which is faster than waiting for a reply from us.

Meetups and in-person events

When enough members are in the same city, we organize in-person meetups. Not sponsored keynotes — small groups, real talk, gear on the table.

Founding-member status — help shape it

The first members decide what the community becomes: what the template library covers, which topics get priority, whether meetups make sense. Not a title — actual influence over how this is built.

A straight answer

What it isn't yet.

The community platform isn't live yet. We're not going to stand up an empty forum and call it a community. What we have is a small group of early-access photographers, a direct line to the team, and a commitment to build the platform together before we open the doors wider.

When you join the waitlist, you're opting into that founding group. You'll hear from a real person, not a drip sequence.
