Community lives inside the BrandStudio app, open to every signed-in customer. Share setups, swap playbooks, ask for help, and ask for features. It's new and small, so you won't see a member count or testimonials here. We'd rather say that than fake a crowd.
Help shape it.
We're building the community alongside the product. The first members won't inherit a finished thing — they'll decide what it becomes. What the shared template library looks like. What topics get covered first. Whether meetups make sense in their city. If that sounds like work, it is. It's also how you get a community that's actually useful instead of one that just exists.
There is no early-access fee. Community is included on every BrandStudio plan. If you're on the platform, you're in.

Introductions, Gear & Setups, and Show Your Work are where members compare rigs, post galleries, and ask how someone else ran a conference, a gala, or a graduation.
Shared playbooks and templates
A Playbooks & Templates channel for pre-event checklists, gear lists, client briefs, and overlay sizing. Members post what works so the next person doesn't start from scratch.
A requests board you can watch move
Post what you want built or fixed and upvote what others asked for. Each request shows where it stands (Open, Planned, Building, Launched, or Not pursuing), and everyone who upvoted gets an email when it ships.
A help channel the team reads
Stuck mid-event? Ask in Help & Troubleshooting. Other members and our team both watch it, and you can search how someone else already solved the same problem.
Who's shooting where
An Events & Meetups channel for who is working which city and when. We haven't run a meetup yet. When enough members are in one place, we'd like to.
