Managing Sessions & Guests (iOS)
Session and guest management works directly from the iOS app.
Sessions:- Create new sessions from the event detail view or toolbar
- Sessions show photo thumbnail strips for visual identification
- Swipe to delete sessions
- Complete sessions to trigger gallery notifications
Guests:- Full guest list with search by name, phone, email, or guest code
- Register new guests with dynamic form (matches event registration settings)
- Edit guest profiles, toggle consent flags
- Send gallery links to individual guests
- Delete guests with confirmation
Auto-notify:When you add a guest to an already-completed session, their gallery link is sent automatically.
