Assign Guests to Photos
Manage guest assignments directly from the Media lightbox.
Assigning a guest to a photo:1. Open any photo in the Media lightbox
2. Click the guest assignment area
3. Search for a guest by name, code, or contact info
4. Select the guest to link them to the photo
Removing a guest from a photo:1. Open the photo in the Media lightbox
2. Click the X next to the guest's name
3. Confirm removal
Guest gallery links:Access guest gallery links directly from the Sessions and Guests views. Click the link icon next to a guest to copy their personal gallery URL.
Session download:Download all photos from a session at once. Click Download All on a session, and a ZIP file will be generated and emailed to you when ready. This is useful for delivering full session sets to clients.
