How to Find Your Photos (Guest Guide)
This article is for guests looking for their photos from an event.
Three ways to find your photos
1. Check your email or SMSIf you registered for the event with email or phone, you'll get a link to your personal gallery within minutes of your first photo being uploaded. Look for messages from the event host or
2. Selfie searchIf the event uses face matching:
1. Go to the event's gallery (the photographer or venue should have shared a link or QR code)
2. Tap 'Find My Photos'
3. Take a quick selfie or upload a clear photo of yourself
4. We'll show every photo we matched you in
For best results: face the camera, good lighting, no sunglasses.
3. Contact lookupIf you didn't use a selfie or the event doesn't use face matching:
1. Tap 'Find My Photos'
2. Enter the email or phone number you registered with
3. We'll text or email you your gallery link
PrivacyFace embeddings (the data we use to match) are encrypted and never shared. You can opt out at registration or delete your embedding from your gallery at any time. See 'Privacy: How to Opt Out of Face Recognition' for details.
Still can't find your photos?- The event may still be in progress — galleries update in real-time as photos upload. Check back in 15 minutes.
- You may not have appeared in any photos yet — that's not unusual at large events.
- Try the contact lookup option even if you tried selfie search.
- Contact the event organizer — they can manually add you to photos.
