How to Find Your Photos (Guest Guide)
This article is for guests looking for their photos from an event.
Three ways to find your photos
1. Check your texts and emailIf you gave the event your phone or email, you'll get a link to your personal gallery once your photos are uploaded. It comes with the event's or host's name on it.
2. Selfie searchIf the event uses face matching:
1. Open the event's gallery or Find My Photos page (from a link or a QR code at the event)
2. Tap Take a Selfie or Upload Photo
3. See every photo you were matched in
For best results: face the camera, good light, no sunglasses.
3. Ask for your link1. On Find My Photos, tap Send My Link
2. Enter the phone or email you gave at the event
3. We text or email you your gallery link
PrivacyFace embeddings (the data we use to match) are encrypted and never shared. You can turn face matching off or delete your face data from My Data & Privacy at the bottom of your personal gallery.
Still can't find them?- The event may still be going. Photos show up as they're uploaded.
- You may not be in any photos yet. That's normal at big events.
- Try asking for your link even if the selfie search came up empty.
- Contact the event organizer. They can add you to photos.
