Access Levels Explained
People get access at one of three levels.
CompanyYour team. Invite them from Settings → Team → Invite Member with a role: Admin, Event Manager, Photo Lead, Photographer, or Assistant. They see every brand kit and event, within what their role allows.
Brand kit (client access)Give a client a login that sees only their brand's events. Open the brand kit's Settings, then Client Access → Invite Client.
EventBring in a freelancer for one event with the event's Event Team tool. Roles there: Event Manager, Photographer Lead, Photographer, or Assistant.
