Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Two-factor authentication asks for a code from your phone when you sign in.
Turn it on1. Open Settings → My Account
2. Under Two-Factor Authentication, click Set up two-factor authentication
3. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy, and so on)
4. Enter the 6-digit code and click Enable 2FA
5. Save your 10 backup codes somewhere safe. Each works once.
After thatYou'll enter a code from the app each time you sign in, on the web and in the capture app. Lost your phone? Use a backup code.
Manage itThe same section has Regenerate Backup Codes and Disable 2FA.
