BrandStudio has four plans: Capture, Deliver, Engage, and Custom. There's no photo meter on any of them: plans differ by storage, how many devices can be online at once, team seats, Brand Kits, and which tools are included.
Capture: $199/mo, or $159/mo billed yearly
- 500 GB storage, 2 devices at once, 3 team seats, 1 Brand Kit
- Photo, video, photo booth, and watch folder capture
- Your branding and Face Match
- Branded galleries with automatic text and email delivery
Deliver: $399/mo, or $319/mo billed yearly
Everything in Capture, plus:
- 2 TB storage, 5 devices at once, 10 team seats, 10 Brand Kits
- Your own domain on galleries
- Guest registration and badge scanning (Cvent, Eventbrite, vFairs, Expo Logic)
- Sharing Station: guests print, text, and email
- Live slideshows on event screens
- Your own wording on every text and email
- Magic Search and Photo Styles
Engage: $799/mo, or $639/mo billed yearly
Everything in Deliver, plus:
- 5 TB storage, 10 devices at once, 25 team seats, unlimited Brand Kits
- Gallery Gate: guests give their details before they see the gallery
- Post-event surveys in the gallery
- CRM hand-off by outbound webhooks (Zapier, Make, n8n, or your own endpoint)
- Ads and promotions in the gallery
- Insights and analytics for every event and your whole account
- Send-to-all and scheduled custom messages
- Scheduled follow-ups: a thank-you after the event and an "On This Day" message a year later

Add-ons- Extra storage: $20/mo per 1 TB
- Extra capture device: $40 per device, for one event
- Add-ons cost the same on every plan. Yearly billing doesn't discount them; storage is billed monthly.
