BrandStudio has four plans: Capture, Deliver, Engage, and Custom. Every plan includes your brand on every gallery, Face Match, and zero egress fees on guest downloads.

Capture — $199/mo ($149 annual)
- 500 GB storage (~100k photos)
- 5,000 processed photos/mo
- 2 concurrent capture devices

Deliver — $399/mo ($299 annual)
Everything in Capture, plus:
- 2 TB storage (~400k photos)
- 25,000 processed photos/mo
- 5 concurrent capture devices
- 10 contributor seats
- Registration, slideshows, the Sharing Station, badge scanning
- Staff insights and analytics
Engage — $799/mo ($599 annual)
Everything in Deliver, plus:
- 5 TB storage (~1M photos)
- 100,000 processed photos/mo
- 10 concurrent capture devices
- 25 contributor seats
- Custom SMS and email per event
- Scheduled follow-ups, surveys, gallery gating
- CRM integration, in-gallery promotions
Custom — talk to us
Everything in Engage, plus dedicated account manager, SSO, uptime guarantees, custom DPAs, multi-year rates, onboarding/migration/training included. For universities, agencies, and corporate event programs.
Add-ons (any plan)- Extra storage — 1 TB blocks at $20/mo
- Photo credit pack — 5,000 photos for $5, one time. Credits never expire and are never taken back — not on downgrade, not on cancel. They're spent before your monthly plan allowance, so a busy month just dips into credits you already own.
- Extra contributor seat — $15/mo each
- Per-event extras (one time, for a single event): +1 capture device for $40, or extra photo processing for a single busy event
DowngradingDowngrading never deletes photos and never claws back credits you've already bought. If you drop below your plan's storage, you keep everything that's already uploaded — you just can't add new photos until you free space or upgrade back. Any photo credits you purchased stay yours forever. New uploads over your limit fail gracefully with a clear message.
