The brief
Black Tech Week is a three-day summer gathering, run by and for its community, where people in tech meet the relationships, resources and opportunities that help them grow. In 2026 it filled the Aronoff Center in Cincinnati, July 14 to 16, and P&G’s Confidence Lab ran a headshot studio there.
The setup
Two headshot studios ran side by side, one plum and one yellow, each with a photographer on BrandStudio Instant Photo. Attendees checked in by scanning their conference badge, matched against the roster: 1,156 scans over the three days, so each sitting went to the right person.

Their headshots by text and by email, in a gallery under the event’s own brand.
