Set Up an Event Survey
Ask guests for feedback at the moment they care most — while their photos are on their screen.
Enable the survey1. Open the event
2. Tools → Surveys
3. Toggle the survey on and set a title and thank-you message
Add questionsFour question types are available:
- NPS (0–10) — the classic “how likely are you to recommend” scale
- Star rating (1–5) — a quick visual rating
- Multiple choice — your options, guests pick one
- Open text — free-form written feedback
Mark each question required or optional, and reorder them anytime. Short surveys get finished — two or three questions beats ten.
How guests see itThe survey appears as a dismissible card in a guest’s personal gallery once their photos have loaded — peak attention, not a cold email two days later. It never blocks access to photos: one tap dismisses it, and a guest who submits is never asked again.
Good to knowQuestions are asked in one pass — there’s no branching or follow-up logic, and the survey can’t be placed before downloads. It rides the gallery, which is exactly why it gets answered.Set Up Surveys
