Set Up an Event Survey
Ask guests for feedback while their photos are on their screen.
Turn on the survey1. Open the event's Surveys tool
2. Switch on Enable Survey
3. Set the Survey Title and Thank You Message
Add questionsOn the Questions tab. Four types:
- NPS (0 to 10): "how likely are you to recommend"
- Star Rating (1 to 5)
- Multiple Choice: your options, guests pick one
- Open Text: written feedback
Mark each question required or optional. Two or three questions get finished; ten don't.
Where guests see it- As a card in each guest's personal gallery
- At a Public Survey Link you can share on its own
