Reading Survey Results
Survey responses land on a live results view as guests submit — no waiting for the event to end.
Open the resultsOpen the event → Tools → Surveys → Results. Numbers update as responses come in.
What you see per question type- NPS — response count, promoter/passive/detractor breakdown, and the NPS score (promoters minus detractors)
- Star rating — the average plus the distribution across star levels
- Multiple choice — counts and percentages per option
- Open text — the most recent written answers
Every response is a personResponses are linked to guest records — you see which attendee said what, next to their photos and delivery history. Feedback with a face on it beats an anonymous spreadsheet.
