Set Up Gallery Gate
Gallery Gate captures lead info when guests try to download or share from the event gallery. Browsing stays open — the form appears at the moment someone wants to take a photo with them.
Enable it per event1. Open the event
2. Tools → Gallery Gate
3. Toggle it on
Pick your fieldsFive fields are available: name, email, phone, company, and job title. Each one can be turned on or off, and marked required or optional. A common setup is name + email required, phone optional — the lightest form that still captures a usable lead.
Customize the copySet the form title and description so the ask sounds like you. Something like “Register to download — we’ll also text you the link” converts better than a bare form.
What happens after a guest registers- Downloads and sharing unlock on that device immediately
- The guest lands on your People page with every captured field
- Face matching enrolls them (if the event has it on) and their personal gallery is created
- Guest-created webhooks fire, so the lead can flow straight to your CRM
Works with password protectionIf the event gallery also has a password, guests enter the password first, then meet the gate. Password protects access; the gate captures the lead.
Good to knowKeep required fields to two or three — long forms lose people. Test from a private browser window to see exactly what guests see.Set Up Gallery Gate
