Set Up Gallery Gate
Gallery Gate asks guests to fill in your Registration Form before they see photos. Every answer lands on their guest record.
Turn it onOpen the event's Gallery Gate tool. There are two switches, both off by default:
- Gate guest links: text, email, and QR links to a guest's own photos ask for the form first
- Gate the public gallery: visitors to the event gallery fill in the form before they can browse
The questionsThe gate asks exactly what your Registration Form asks: the same fields, labels, order, your own questions, and consents. To change them, click Edit Registration Form. The gate follows.
After a guest fills it in- Their photos (or the gallery) open on that device
- Their answers are saved to their guest record, on the People page and in the guest export
- A guest.checked_in webhook fires, so the lead can go to your CRM through Zapier
Works with a passwordIf the event gallery also has a password, guests enter the password, then the form.
TipKeep required fields to two or three. Long forms lose people. Test from a private browser window to see what guests see.Set Up Gallery Gate
