How the Gate Behaves for Guests
What guests see when Gallery Gate is on.
When the form appears- With Gate guest links on: when a guest opens the link to their own photos from a text, email, or QR code
- With Gate the public gallery on: when anyone opens the event gallery page
They fill in the form, then see the photos.
Once per deviceAfter a guest fills in the form on their phone, that phone doesn't ask again.
On a new deviceA different phone, a computer, or a private browsing window asks again. That's expected: each device asks once.
Where the answers goTo the event team only: the guest's record on the People page, the guest export, and their CRM if they've connected one. See the privacy policy at brandstudiohq.com/privacy.
