Your Event Analytics Dashboard
Every event has a live analytics view — the numbers update as the event happens, not in a post-event rollup.
What it tracks- Guests — registered, and how many have photos (by direct tag, session, or face match)
- Photos — total, broken down by capture source (iPhone, tethered camera, watch folder, booth)
- Sessions — total, active, completed
- Face matching — faces detected, people identified, match rate
- Delivery — how many guests were reached, by SMS and email
- Gallery engagement — views, photo views, downloads, shares
- Prints — jobs and completed prints
Delivery counts people, not retriesIf a text retried five times before it landed, that’s one guest delivered — not five sends and four failures. The rate you see is the rate that actually happened, so the number you hand a client survives their questions.
Company-wide viewBeyond a single event, the company overview shows trends across your recent events — photos, guests, and delivery over the last 30 days.
Good to knowThere’s no PDF export or email open tracking — exports are CSV (see Exporting Event Data), and the dashboard is built to screenshot cleanly into a recap deck.View Analytics
